Take a deep breath and practice being curious without judging what you notice. If your grief were a color today, what color would it be? What do you need to safely feel your emotions today?

How are you feeling today? Take a moment and notice where you are feeling this emotion in your body.
ACTION
Practice this grounding 5 senses activity:
1) Name 5 objects you can see.
2) Name 4 things you can touch or feel.
3) Name 3 sounds you can hear.
4) Name 2 flavors you can taste.
5) Name 1 smell.
HINT: Try sitting with a cup of decaf tea and practice this grounding/calming exercise.
